Senior Strategic Operations Manager, Consumer Growth Uber Eats is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to develop and implement growth strategies for our major Grocery and Retail partners. This role requires stakeholder management, creative problem-solving, operational optimization, strong data analytics, and project management skills. Excellent communication skills are essential, as a significant part of the role involves external-facing interactions with senior leadership. Responsibilities: Manage Demand Growth Strategies: Develop and execute marketing and investment plans for merchant partners in the US & Canada. Analyze Performance & Optimize Strategy: Use data insights to assess and improve partner performance. Own Execution & Implementation: Drive growth initiatives, test new strategies, and optimize revenue through experimentation. Engage with External Stakeholders: Collaborate with merchant partners to enhance their performance on UberEats. Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies. Develop Scalable Processes: Implement best practices to scale demand programs. Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years in operations, management, growth, strategy, or consulting Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years in growth operations, consulting, or strategy 1+ years client-facing experience Experience in grocery, retail, or CPG industries is a plus Strong analytical and communication skills Creative problem-solving and project execution abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Salary ranges vary by location, with additional benefits and participation in Uber's bonus and equity programs.
