SME for GBAM monitoring tools that form part of the global monitoring strategy. Monitoring setup for Applications on Cloud and Containers infrastructure. Lead the deployment and integration of new monitoring tools across the GBAM organization and applications. Host demos, overviews and training of the monitoring tools for adoption across teams, preparing related materials to support sessions and adoption of tools (presentations, operational manuals etc.). Liaise with regional technical leads in the planning and scheduling of deployments. Desired Skills: Dynatrace Splunk Enterprise including the deployment, instrumentation and leveraging of the tool for analytical and alerting capabilities Proven experience with supporting monitoring tools such as - Tivoli, Microfocus BPM, Sitescope, Dynatrace, Catchpoint etc. Knowledge of OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc. - Proven experience in programming languages (Java and/or .NET) Proven experience in application/network performance and availability monitoring - Proven experience in N-Tier Architecture supporting a multitude of products (Webserver, Middleware, Database, etc.) Knowledge of ITIL functions and processes An excellent communicator, able to network and influence across multiple levels is required of this role A self-motivated, hands-on, driven individual with strong leadership skills A strategic thinker who can link business context to technical reality .
