US - Culver City, United States; US - United States Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join an ambitious new AAA cross-platform game in Culver City on a hybrid basis or remotely in the US. What You Will Do: Define and drive the vision for player-facing features in a live mobile game, ensuring they align with overall product goals and player expectations. Collaborate cross-functionally (design, engineering, analytics) to ideate, plan, and deliver engaging features that enhance the core gameplay experience. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Use data to inform decisions: analyze KPIs, run A/B tests, and iterate on features to continually improve player satisfaction and retention. Regularly present product roadmaps, milestones, and feature outcomes to internal stakeholders. Champion a player-first mentality, balancing player delight with business objectives. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally on mobile free-to-play (F2P) titles or similar digital products. Proven track record of shipping successful features or live events in a live-service environment. Strong analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting game metrics, designing experiments, and leveraging data insights to inform priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to align multiple teams behind a product vision. Understanding of mobile UX best practices and player psychology in F2P or live-service games. Adept at balancing creative solutions with practical constraints (timelines, resources, tech). Bonus Points: Passion for shooters, action, or competitive multiplayer games. Experience collaborating with external development studios or co-development partners. Exposure to AAA-scale development processes and standards. Fluency in French, which is helpful for communication with multilingual teams or international partners. Employment at Scopely is based solely on a person's merit and qualifications.
