Our Work Model Office-Based: This role is based in Boston. During initial training, you will work in the office five days a week. After ramp-up, you will have a WFH allowance of 5 days per month. Your Role As an SDR Manager, you’ll lead and manage a high-performing team of inbound and outbound SDRs (Boston-based), providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to help them exceed targets. You will also collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Enablement, as well as SDR Managers globally, to align strategies, share best practices, and drive improvements across the top-of-funnel process. Our Expectations Proven Leadership Experience: 2+ years leading high-performing SaaS BDR/SDR teams focused on results and growth. Coaching-First Mentality: Lead with mentorship, motivation, and support. Hands-On & Engaged: Be active in calls, workshops, and real-time coaching. Outbound Expertise: Deep understanding of outbound sales methodologies and pipeline development. Tech-Savvy with Sales Tools: Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and Cognism. Driven & Proactive: Self-starter ready to own the role and make a significant impact.
