Why Ground Ops at LocalVR Ground operation is at the core of everything we do. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to help us grow and oversee the daily operations of our Park City branch, drive team performance, and act as a bridge between branch teams and the executive leadership. Skills You’ll Need 2+ years in hospitality or the vacation rental industry 3+ years in a management position Ability to learn and use technology for scheduling, reporting, and quality control Familiarity with a P&L and being responsible for operational KPIs Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage staffing, training, and performance for inspectors, technicians, and vendors. Foster strong communication and collaboration across branches. Operations Management: Oversee seasonal inspections, property onboarding, inventory control, and ensure high standards in cleanliness and maintenance. Process Improvement: Implement and refine procedures and systems to enhance efficiency using tools like Salesforce, ResortCleaning, Slack, and Dialpad. Scheduling & Dispatch: Manage daily/weekly schedules and work orders via Field Service Lightning. Handle escalations and monitor team capacity. Financial Oversight: Control payroll, inventory, and billable labor. Review monthly financials and optimize branch profitability. Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, manage payments and renewals, and ensure quality service delivery. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as resolution times, NPS scores, and inspector ratios to drive continuous improvement.
