The Order Fulfillment Manager is responsible for leading the alignment and execution of the order fulfillment process for the end-to-end Beer Division. The primary role is to lead their team in ensuring the outbound delivery plan is optimized to meet targets aligned with distributor management, transportation, and warehouse teams to maximize service (On Time, In Full) while balancing the total cost to serve against the weekly S&OE plan. This role is critical in implementing a new operating model that delivers increased accuracy, visibility, and improved order cycle time, resulting in increased customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing structure, resourcing, and governance for daily and weekly load building processes, leveraging data and analytics for optimization, collaborating with transportation and warehouse teams, implementing functional metrics, and executing the outbound order plan. The role also involves talent management such as defining roles, implementing workflows, developing training plans, driving performance excellence, and recruiting a high-performing team. Continuous improvement is emphasized through strong cross-functional relationships, data-driven insights, digital enablement, and process standardization. Success metrics include customer service (OTIF), reducing order cycle times, total landed cost reduction, maximizing truckload utilization, and operational excellence. The position reports to the Sr. Director, Customer Management and manages two supervisors. Required background includes a degree in supply chain, operations, or business-related field or equivalent experience, 6-8 years in supply chain with 3-4 years leading a team, broad order fulfillment knowledge, and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP). Skills needed include exceptional communication, collaboration, data storytelling, leadership, decision making, business acumen, integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to development and consumer obsession. Physical requirements include the ability to sit/stand for long periods and occasional lifting. Travel is less than 20%.
