LHH is partnering with one of our national b2b financial institutions to permanently bring on a Senior Marketing Brand Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our overall brand marketing strategy, collaborating with senior marketing leaders and agency partners to ensure optimal brand awareness. Ideal candidates have 8-10 years of experience in Brand Marketing within the Financial Services industry. You will work as a leader and have one direct report, but essentially collaborate with a variety of departments to deploy brand strategy and ensure execution is within compliance standards.

The organization seeks a highly strategic individual to join their team on a permanent basis with passion for growing brand awareness and the opportunity to be a part of a pivotal period of growth. The team operates in a hybrid setting out of their downtown Phoenix offices, 4 days onsite and 3 remote. This role offers a pay range of $115,000-$135,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. *This role is open to relocation and can provide assistance to those who may need.*

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead all branding efforts across the organization, advising and counseling the team on brand perspective and awareness and developing a strategy for building awareness under one brand
• Help lead campaigns and work alongside the marketing team to deploy new branding strategies and monitor performance post-launch
• Work with compliance and legal to ensure all branding is within regulations
• Manage all agency relationships for design, social and overall strategy to align with brand goals
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to assist in day to day BAU

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience with brand management and marketing strategy
• Experience working with agencies
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Experience within a national Financial Institution with clear understanding of legal/compliance regulations
• "Can do" mentality not afraid to get into the weeds of execution
