Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Post House Jackson—a 150-unit community located on Rachel Drive.

• Welcome and guide potential residents throughout the leasing process 👋 
• Show off our available and model apartments with enthusiasm 🏠✨ 
• Keep marketing efforts fresh and engaging 🎯 
• Manage lease applications and agreements efficiently 📝 
• Build strong, positive relationships with residents and teammates 🤝 

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Leasing experience is a plus (but not required!)
• Background in customer service or sales 🛍️ 
• Friendly, professional, and eager to learn 😊 
• Comfortable with using multiple software systems 💻 
• Availability: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
