Exciting Opportunity: $2500 Sign-On Bonus!

As an HVAC Service Technician , you will work full-time with overtime hours expected based on seasonality and client demand. General hours are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility available to accommodate your needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service through efficient and accurate work and effective communication.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to address airflow, fuel, refrigerant, and electrical challenges.
• Maintain truck inventory to ensure all flat-rate repairs can be completed.
• Educate customers on improving the comfort, efficiency, and safety of their homes.
• Assist in mentoring junior service technicians.
• Adhere to all UIC systems and administrative details related to the service department.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (REQUIRED)
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes.
• Proficient in all aspects of HVAC function.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Able to pass a background and drug screening check (random testing may occur).
• Positive attitude, exceptional people skills, and a desire to excel.
• Strong work ethic: reliable, dependable, and punctual.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work on HVAC units in various settings, including extreme temperatures.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
