About the Role: As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department and dealerships. Your responsibilities will include: Processing weekly payrolls accurately and on time. Guiding new hires through onboarding and ensuring smooth transitions. Administering group benefits and assisting with enrollment. Maintaining and organizing employee files and records. Assisting with talent acquisition and recruitment efforts. Generating reports, verifying employment, and other administrative tasks. What We're Looking For: Skills & Abilities: Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. A team-oriented approach combined with the ability to work independently. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Education & Experience: An associate degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience (1 year of HR work or training).
