Job Description

We have an outstanding contract opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Assistant. In this position you will support the Human Resources team with day to day operations and various projects. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. This position is a long term contract role 20-30 hours per week to start immediately.

Pay Rate: $28.00-$35.00 an hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists with attending and participating in a variety of meetings; handles the preparation of multiple reports and agendas.
• Manage the department email inbox.
• Assists with recruiting and onboarding new employees.
• Assists with ordering materials and supplies as required.
• Assists in streamlining processes and procedures.
• Assists in the preparation of data for budgets and audits.
• Performs other related job duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of Administrative experience in a Human Resources department.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), OneDrive, Teams and Zoom.
• Experience with ADP a huge plus.
