Our top-tier Insurance client is seeking a bilingual Junior Human Resources Assistant to join their dynamic HR team. This hybrid position is ideal for early-career HR professionals who thrive on organization, logistics coordination, and data management. You’ll work closely with Talent Development and HR Operations Leads to support employee engagement, reporting, and event execution.

💡 Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR department.

Maintain and analyze HR dashboards, trackers, and reports (e.g., training and engagement metrics).

Create clear and visually engaging internal presentations using PowerPoint.

Coordinate training sessions, employee events, and vendor engagements.

Manage content on internal HR websites and ensure updates are timely and accurate.

Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish across employee communications.

Support record-keeping and data accuracy for employee files and HR systems.

Assist with scheduling, event invitations, and RSVP tracking.

✅ Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.

Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.

Comfort working with HR data and reporting tools.

Professional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
