What You’ll Do

• Coordinate logistics for on-campus recruitment events including career fairs, information sessions, and student organization engagements
• Manage scheduling for a high volume of candidate interviews across multiple teams
• Post and maintain job listings across relevant hiring platforms
• Arrange travel for candidates, including flights, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation
• Support onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth start
• Serve as a key point of contact for general recruiting inquiries and internal team communications
• Assist with broader recruiting and administrative efforts as needed

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree; all fields welcome, especially those with strong transferable skills
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight timelines in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Experience with event planning is a plus

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000
• Additional discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package offered
