Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • You’re knowledgeable and experienced in HR fundamentals from handling workers’ compensation and unemployment claims to supporting key HR processes. This could be from a traditional education (degrees, certifications, and what not) or through the equivalent experience in the field.
  • You care deeply about people but also know how to balance business needs with human relationships, because that’s what real HR is all about.
  • If you’ve helped build or manage benefits programs before, that’s a big plus. We’d love to learn from your insights.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in staffing or a fast-paced service industry... you’ll understand our world and the unique challenges we navigate every day.
