Job Description

• Experts on the rules, strategies, techniques, sports equipment, physical fitness and safety of their respective sport
• Posesses the ability to motivate student athletes to maximize their athletic talent
• Help to prepare student athletes for competition
• Complete many adminstrative tasks such as: scheduling athletic events and practices, transportation, maintain supplies and equipment, and assist in maintenance of school facilities
• Assist student athletes in maintaining and meeting eligibility requirements in order to participate in high school athletic events
• Have good communication and supervisory skills
• Possesses the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Possesses the ability to work in conjunction with the Athletic Director and site administration to enforce all school rules and policies
