Job Description

Executive Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at a respected healthcare organization in Nashville, TN . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for executive support.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Location: On-site in Nashville, TN
  • Pay: $25–$29/hour
  • Type: Temporary with potential for hire
  • Dress Code: Upscale business casual (no jeans)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to multiple VPs and collaborate with a team of administrative professionals
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reports
  • Plan and execute meetings, events, and conferences (both virtual and in-person)
  • Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and welcoming office environment
  • Respond to emails, calls, and inquiries on behalf of leadership within 24 hours

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership
  • Highly organized, confident, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
